WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?                                                                                                                                                                                                

We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and ECheck.  Payment is due at the time of purchase.

HOW WILL MY FURNITURE BE DELIVERED?                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Orders totaling $500 and under may be drop shipped.  Orders totaling over $501 and above must be delivered using White Glove Service.  White Glove Service picks up from the manufacturer, delivers and installs into your home per your instructions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE DAMAGES TO MY PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING VIA WHITE GLOVE SERVICE?                                                                                        

Damages to merchandise while in transit are rare but they do happen.  Please make sure to inspect upon delivery if any damage is apparent.  Do not accept if damaged.  Contact JAMIESHOP.COM and/or White Glove Service to file a claim upon receipt of damaged item.  JAMIESHOP.COM will work with White Glove Service and the manufacturer to get the problem resolved.  After reviewing your claim, the manufacturer may repair or replace the product or provide parts needed.

IS A WARRANTY INCLUDED WITH MY MERCHANDISE PURCHASE?                                                                                                                                                                

JAMIESHOP.COM extends all manufacturers warranties, which will be provided upon purchase.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

 1. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL                                                                                                                                                          

 2.  Orders are non cancelable if damaged.                                                                                                                                                                                                          

 3.  Damaged goods will be repaired or replaced by manufacturer at their discretion.                                                                                                                                    

 4.  No returns, canellations or refunds on damaged goods.                                                                                                                                                                                  

5.  Outbound Shipping and White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
